My professional profile is unique mix of three university degrees as a medicine doctor, registered dietitian and gastronome together with more than 20 years of working experiences. With a mix of interdisciplinary perspectives and knowledge I offering consulting service, education, workshops, content, articles and recipes to food industry, organizations, public health care and companies and their employees.

• Medicine Doctor in Pediatrics and affiliated researcher at Umeå University Sweden.
• Registered Dietitian with long working experiences as a pediatric dietitian at hospitals.
• Bachelor degree in Arts of Gastronomy and a former chief.

MY vision

Research has no importance without implementation and utilization in the society. As a researcher and entrepreneur my vision is to cross-broader research, education and consulting to food industry, organizations, public health care and companies.
